**Cronos Consulting Group Launches Huddle: Transforming Smartsheet into a Powerful Enterprise Portal Solution**

**Introducing Portal Capabilities, Huddle Revolutionizes User Experience, Reduces Time to Adoption, and Elevates Smartsheet’s Competitiveness in the Enterprise SaaS Workflow Management Market**

**September 30, 2024 — \[San Diego, California\]** — [Cronos Consulting Group](https://www.cronoscg.com/), a Platinum Smartsheet Partner and the premier federal partner for Smartsheet, is thrilled to announce the release of **[Huddle](https://solutions.cronoscg.com/huddle-landing-page)**, a groundbreaking solution that introduces portal capabilities to Smartsheet, the popular work management and automation platform. With Huddle, Smartsheet not only offers an enhanced user experience but also positions itself as a formidable contender in the enterprise SaaS workflow management and no-code/low-code platform market.

As businesses seek more efficient and user-friendly solutions to manage complex workflows, the introduction of Huddle marks a significant advancement. Huddle enables users to execute business functions through an easy-to-use, self-service portal, eliminating the need to log in or master Smartsheet. This functionality greatly simplifies user interaction with Smartsheet, dramatically reduces time to adoption, and ensures faster onboarding for new users.

### **Key Features and Functionality of Huddle:**

- **Portals:** Huddle simplifies the user experience by providing self-service portals that allow business functions to be executed without needing to log in or learn Smartsheet. This feature enables users to perform tasks effortlessly, making workflow management more accessible and reducing the training time for new users.
- **Diagramming Solutions:** Huddle allows users to organize Smartsheet assets into “Huddles” and use integrated diagramming tools to visualize solution artifacts and relationships. This visual approach helps teams better understand and manage their workflows, improving collaboration and efficiency.
- **Documentation Generation:** With Huddle, documentation is automatically generated and maintained in real-time for every tracked item. This feature ensures that all workflow artifacts are well-documented, reducing administrative overhead and improving governance and compliance.
- **Version Control:** Huddle provides robust version control capabilities, allowing users to track changes to artifact schemas, including sheet columns, cross-sheet references, automations, and more. This feature is crucial for maintaining the integrity of workflows and ensuring that teams can quickly adapt to changes without losing track of historical modifications.

### **Revolutionizing the Smartsheet Ecosystem**

“Huddle represents a significant leap forward for Smartsheet users, providing them with a powerful set of tools to simplify workflow management and enhance collaboration,” said Frank Geraci, President of Cronos Consulting Group. “By introducing portal capabilities, Huddle transforms Smartsheet from a versatile tool into a comprehensive enterprise solution, accelerating adoption and making Smartsheet a competitive choice in the market.”
